    By clicking on “Send,” you submit your inquiry to our hotel. Your data will be deleted once we have finished processing your request, provided that there is no need for longer storage for reasons of proof, customer service, or statutory retention requirements.

Booking Inquiry

The booking form allows you to contact us with a booking inquiry. Primarily, we use your personal data to process your online booking. To finalize your booking, the necessary booking information must be transmitted to our hotel. This includes your name, your contact details, your payment information, any special requests arising from the booking, your arrival and departure dates, as well as the names of the guests traveling with you, number of persons, the age of children (for price calculation), and any other wishes or notes (e.g., allergies or intolerances). Inquiries and bookings via our website are handled through software provided by our processor Vioma GmbH, Clearingstation, Industriestraße 27, 77656 Offenburg. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vioma GmbH to protect your data in the best possible way.
