WLAN Usage Guidelines
We offer two different WLAN usage options in our hotel. We have a WLAN network with a very fast internet connection, namely […]. To use it, you must log in with your email address.
We also have a standard WLAN line in line with the state of the art. For this one, no separate email login is required; it is freely available without a code.

The access data collected from you when using our website is used for statistical evaluations and for operating and optimizing our website (predominantly legitimate interests pursuant to Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).

IV. Contact and Booking Inquiries

Contact or Inquiry Form

The contact or inquiry form gives you the opportunity to get in touch with us regarding any questions about our hotel. The information you provide is voluntary. To use the contact or inquiry form, we require the following data:

• Name, address, email address, telephone number, and inquiry-specific information such as number of persons, age of children (for price calculation), planned arrival and departure dates; any other wishes or notes (e.g., allergies or intolerances) are also helpful.
  Additional information such as first name, company name, and fax number may be provided but is not mandatory. We use your data to respond to your inquiry and, if necessary, to send you requested information materials.
  By clicking on “Send,” you submit your inquiry to our hotel. Your data will be deleted once we have finished processing your request, provided that there is no need for longer storage for reasons of proof, customer service, or statutory retention requirements.

Booking Inquiry

The booking form allows you to contact us with a booking inquiry. Primarily, we use your personal data to process your online booking. To finalize your booking, the necessary booking information must be transmitted to our hotel. This includes your name, your contact details, your payment information, any special requests arising from the booking, your arrival and departure dates, as well as the names of the guests traveling with you, number of persons, the age of children (for price calculation), and any other wishes or notes (e.g., allergies or intolerances). We may use this information to provide you with customized, booking-related details. Your data will be deleted once we have finished processing your request, provided that there is no need for longer storage for reasons of proof, customer service, or statutory retention requirements.
To process your inquiries, we process the personal data collected for this purpose to fulfill (pre-)contractual obligations or based on legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(b); Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Inquiries and bookings via our website are handled through software provided by our processor Vioma GmbH, Clearingstation, Industriestraße 27, 77656 Offenburg. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vioma GmbH to protect your data in the best possible way.
When you send us an email or submit contact/online booking inquiries, the above-mentioned data, including the contact details you provide, are stored by us and our processor Vioma GmbH for processing and for any follow-up questions. Processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an informal email. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

V. Newsletter

We send newsletters, emails, and other electronic notifications with promotional information (“newsletter”) only with the consent of the recipient or based on a legal authorization.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide to us, such as name, address, email address, company name, and your IP address, to send you our newsletter.
Subscription to our newsletter follows a double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. This confirmation is necessary to complete your registration for the newsletter. The newsletter registrations are logged in order to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. Your email address and other data you provide in the registration process are stored on the servers of our dispatch service provider. They use this information to send and evaluate newsletters on our behalf. They do not use our newsletter recipients’ data to contact them on their own behalf or to pass them on to third parties.

XII. Facebook Pixel
