1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all bookings and services made through our hotel. These terms apply to the booking of rooms, services, and the use of our hotel. By making a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A binding contract is concluded upon completion of the booking via our website or through direct communication (e.g. by phone or email). The contract is officially confirmed by a booking confirmation from us (via email or phone).

3. Prices and Fees

All prices are quoted per room per night and include breakfast as well as the statutory value-added tax (VAT). In addition to the room rate, the local tax of € 2.05 per person per night and a mobility tax of € 1.00 per person per night will be charged and must be paid at check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

•Flexible Rate (only for direct bookings): This rate allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 18:00 on the day of arrival. This rate is only available through our website or by phone.

•Non-refundable Rate: This rate is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification. The full amount will be due in case of no-show or cancellation.

•Standard Rate: By booking our Standard Rate, you accept the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hospitality industry.

5. Check-in and Check-out

•Check-in: From 3:00 PM

•Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

•Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Payment & Cancellation Fees

Payment of the total amount depends on the rate chosen and is either due in advance or at check-in. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash. For bookings under the Standard Rate, a graduated deposit is required as follows:

•Up to 3 months before arrival: No deposit or cancellation fee

•3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking amount

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking amount

• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking amount

7. Liability and Data Protection

The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items brought by guests. Valuables can be stored in the hotel safe. Personal data is only processed for the purpose of booking management and in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

8. Changes to the AGB

The Hotel Tirolerhof reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on our website and are valid from the date of publication.
